How to reset my MicroTouch Mach Windows AIO

Follow these steps to reset your MicroTouch Windows AIO device

For devices running Windows 10

  1. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Recovery

  2. Under Reset this PC, select Get started.

  3. Choose Keep my files or Remove everything

  4. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the reset.

    If you get a "Could not find the recovery environment" error please follow these instructions:  Enable Windows Recovery Environment 

For Devices running Windows 11

  1. Select Start > Settings > System > Recovery

  2. Under Recovery options, select Reset PC

  3. Choose Keep My files or Remove Everything

  4. Follow the on‑screen instructions to complete the reset.
