Modern OSes have native support for touch, but some legacy systems may require a driver to be installed.
For Windows 7 and newer OSes no driver is required.
When you connect the device to the PC it will automatically install the native HID driver that is built into windows.
A driver is required for Windows XP, and you must be running service pack 3. Windows XP only supports single point touch.
