Serial number locations are different based on the product. This guide will help you find the location of your serial number.
Locations are dependent on which type of MicroTouch product you have, please find the product family and locations below.
Mach All-in-One:
In addition to the label on the back, if you have an Android unit, you can also access the Serial Number inside the settings. You can do this by going to settings > about tablet > model. You should see the model listed as well as the Serial Number.
Mach Desktop:

There is a product label on the back, however; this can be difficult to access if you have already mounted the screen. You can access the Serial Number through the OSD on the device. Hit the menu button, scroll over to the information section, and look at the bottom of the OSD box to see the Serial Number.
