How do I adjust the angle of my Mach Barcode Scanner?

How to adjust the Barcode Scanner to be able rotate it.

If you're having trouble rotating it, there's likely an easy fix. The Mach Barcode Scanner MA-SCAN-A1 comes equipped with a tensioning screw on its rear side. This screw is often tightened too much, restricting movement. Here's what you'll need and how to adjust it.

 

Tools Required:

1. Phillips head screwdriver

 

Adjusting the Scanner: 

1. Locate the tensioning screw on the back of the scanner.

2. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, turn the screw counterclockwise to loosen it.

3. Once loosened, you should be able to freely adjust the angle of the scanner. 

4. Align the laser beam to your desired position by adjusting the scanner up or down.
